This was my first purchase with your company and sorry to say this will be last.. genuinely i liked the whey protein which was found genuine using scratch code . But creatine still not used because it has no scratch code.I raised complaint but i don't have unboxing video with me , because i was not expecting this.. next I am switching brand

I am writing to report a serious issue with a GNC product I recently purchased.

I ordered GNC Whey Protein on 6th October 2025, and it was delivered to me on 10th October 2025. Upon opening the container, I discovered a small worm inside the protein powder, which is extremely concerning and indicates contamination. The product has been stored properly in a cool, dry place, and the seal appeared intact at first.

I have attached photos/videos of the contaminated product along with the batch number, manufacture date, and expiry date printed on the container for your reference.

Given the health risk involved, I request a refund or replacement at the earliest. Please also investigate this issue to prevent similar incidents in the future.
